Terms and Conditions
Estimates
All estimates provided by Fieldstone Electric are based on the information available at the time of inspection or request.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Hidden conditions (such as damaged wiring, outdated panels, or code violations) may require additional work not included in the original estimate.
Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding whenever possible.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area
Secure pets prior to arrival
Ensure someone is present unless other access arrangements have been previously made
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to job conditions and emergencies.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Fieldstone Electric reserves the right to charge a trip fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Credit / Debit cards
ACH payments
Late payments will be subject to fees permitted under Michigan law.
Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for maintaining safe work conditions.
Fieldstone Electric reserves the right to stop work if conditions are unsafe.
Permits and Code Compliance
All electrical work will comply with applicable codes and regulations.
Permit requirements vary by project. When permits are required there will be additional permit fees.
Photos and Documentation
We may take photographs of work areas for documentation, quality control, and training purposes. These photos will not include personal identifying information unless permission is granted.
Limitation of Liability
Fieldstone Electric is not responsible for:
Pre-existing electrical issues
Damage caused by previously installed wiring or equipment
Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
Acceptance of Terms
Approving an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to begin constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
